Self-serve onboarding in the admin app. Steps: signup → configure → install → book. You can launch when configure + telemetry online (readyToLaunch).

Create your org at /signup. After email verification, pick a sim plan on /onboarding:

Set venue profile, hours, branding, rig count, telemetry URL, and validate your Razorpay keys for customer payments.
